Shipping Policy – Oofy Synergy

 

At Oofy Synergy, we are committed to delivering your Kickcoff orders efficiently and securely worldwide. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship worldwide.

Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Singapore: 2–5 working days
  • Malaysia: 3–7 working days
  • International Orders: 7–21 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

2. Shipping Charges

To maintain premium product quality and sustainable operations:

  • Orders of less than five (5) boxes per purchase will incur shipping charges borne fully by the buyer.
  • This applies to all worldwide orders without exception.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Orders meeting or exceeding five (5) boxes may qualify for promotional shipping benefits (if applicable).

Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Oofy Synergy is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Peak seasonal demand

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not liable for lost parcels
  • Re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer
  • No refund will be issued for returned shipmentS

Please ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.

 

 

5. Courier Responsibility & Proof of Delivery

 

Once an order has been handed to the courier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer.
  • A parcel marked as “Delivered” by the courier’s tracking system will be considered successfully fulfilled.
  • We are not liable for stolen parcels after delivery confirmation.

If parcel is declared lost, a courier investigation must first be completed before any resolution is considered.

 

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

 

For international shipments:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Oofy Synergy has no control over customs processing times or charges.
  • Refusal to pay customs duties will result in parcel return and no refund of shipping fees.

7. Returned or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Failure to collect
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to pay customs duties

Customer will bear re-shipping fees.

No refund will be issued for original shipping charges.

8. Damaged Parcels

If parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Notify us within 24 hours
  • Provide clear photos of packaging and product
  • Include order number and tracking details

Claims submitted beyond 24 hours may not be entertained.

9. Policy Amendments

Oofy Synergy reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
