Refund & Returns Policy – Oofy Synergy (Kickcoff)

 

At Oofy Synergy, we take pride in delivering premium quality beverages. Due to the nature of our consumable products, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy to ensure product integrity and hygiene standards are upheld.

 

1. No Refund for Change of Mind

 

All purchases made are final.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

  • Incorrect quantity selected during checkout
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Failure to read product description

Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Provide clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product
  • Provide order number and delivery label
  • Ensure product remains unused and unopened

Once verified, we may offer:

  • Replacement of damaged items only (not full order refund)
  • Store credit at our discretion

We reserve the right to reject claims submitted after 24 hours.

3. Delivery & Courier Issues

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, Oofy Synergy is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by courier service
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Missed deliveries
  • Parcel marked as delivered by courier

If parcel is marked “Delivered” by courier tracking, it will be considered fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping details
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel

In cases of lost parcels confirmed by courier investigation, resolution will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

If parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Uncollected parcel
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Customer will bear re-delivery charges.

No refund will be issued for original shipping fees.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened beverage sachets
  • Used or tampered products
  • Promotional bundles
  • Clearance or discounted items

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refund will be made via original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Oofy Synergy reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
